I had more miles than I thought I did so far this month. I forgot that last Saturday was October. Oct 1 - 6 Oct 2 - 1 Oct 3 - 0 Oct 4 - 5 Oct 5 - 0 Oct 6 - 5.64 Oct 7 - 2.5 Total - 20.14/80 Sometimes I have some odd length runs just because that's how long the trail is.

Thank you, I appreciate that. You're right I probably am eating more than I intend. I do weigh the food I prepare myself, but I've been slipping a lot lately. If you couple that with avoiding chain restaurants and it becomes a guessing game. I did make four dinners and freeze three tonight, though! I'll try to do another…
