Me 4 LNS 1 I was way below my calorie total so I ate some nuts and tart cherry juice at 10:30 pm to bring up calories for the day to be closer to my mark. Nutritionist was concerned with me not reaching my calorie count for a few days so I felt compelled to have these healthy food choices.
