Sounds like you overestimate your exercise calories and underestimate your food calories. You cannot out exercise a bad diet. It takes a lot of exercise to actually burn off one single serving of icecream. It's better if you don't count exercise calories, whatever you burn via exercise is just bonus. Why shouldn't you…

Since you are 5'1", your TDEE tends to be a lot lower, especially if you're not active. I am 5'4", and 115 lbs. My TDEE at sedentary level is less than 1500. So if I want to lose weight at all, I need to eat at less than 1200 kCal level. It's plenty if I eat healthy food. I can even budget for occasional indulgence.…

Ben&Jerry, Cherry Garcia, Pringles, and Mimosa atm. I don't consider chocolate a weakness since I only eat 70%+ dark, organic 2 ounce at a time, twice a week.
