For as long as I can remember I go in the same circle I get into it I do good I loose some pounds I feel good I start to take it easy on everything I'm doing and I loose it I start eating what I want again not working out and gain it back and feel horrible again.

I'm looking to loose about 10 lbs a month I just started again :o I have done it many times and I should know how to start but I feel lost. What should I do as a beginner at the gym. I did some cardiovascular and strength today.
