  • I eat a sandwich of a whole 120g tin of tuna in, mixed in some light mayo (or salad cream if you're English). With a handful of spinach leaves. Works out about 400 calories and is plenty filling. I think the macros are about 35g carbs / 8g fat/ 38g protein.
  • I use MyProtein and have salted caramel and vanilla flavours. It's not the highest in protein pet scoop at 20g but that's outweighed by the cost compared to other higher protein brands.   • I lost 20 lbs before I got married. Then there was honeymoon and another couple of weeks before I was due to start training for my new football team so I went for it. I gained 19lbs in 4 weeks B)
  • I like to dry fry mine so it browns and add paprika
