I feel that I am able to maintain on a keto diet but not gain. maybe if you are more of a beginner and going to make good results regardless it would work

spot reducing fat is not possible, but sticking with compound movements that recruit/target multiple muscles is the next best thing. squats, deadlifts, overhead press, bench press, pullups, rows, etc.

it all just depends on your goals. of course you are going to need to replenish at least some of those burned calories

it gets much better just stick with it--once you start to see results it becomes very motivating, almost adicting

yes, especially fish oil--i take 1g pills so that counts as 9 calories

one great first step is to start drinking water instead of any calorie-dense drink. and definitely reading the pinned posts

1kg per week during a muscle/strength-building phase is actually about perfect in terms of maximizing your gains without putting on excess fat

no but i generally try to avoid processed food, though i know even what i do consume has plenty in it

it seems like a very extreme form of dieting for just starting. but if you like fat it could work, though i personally love carbs more
