@crazyravr I have an extra large muffin tin that holds 6. So the base of the popovers weren't as long as you get from a popover pan but they came out okay just the same. Edible! I've only eaten perhaps 4 popovers in my life prior to today. I believe that number will likely increase now. Working well as a black raspberry jam delivery agent.

Just made this tonight and it was so good! http://allrecipes.com/recipe/12942/italian-sausage-soup/ I used low sodium veg broth instead of beef and 2 cloves of garlic. Also, I found it made 8 servings (or could). Enjoy!

I just made a new breakfast for the first time and loved it! Country Choice Organic Steel Cut Oats - made recipe as directed with just water. Kate's sea salted butter - added a pat for a bit of flavor. Added dried cherries, raw organic almonds and Theo cocoa nibs. Way yummy! 3
