Finally I know I’m not the only one!! The rows and rows of the same thing every day for a week?! I’m good with leftovers once, twice if it’s spaghetti... but four days of it??

You are so right. I’d have two glasses of wine, bread beforehand, and then split an appetizer before ordering that giant meal. Some people at normal weight might do this once in a while, and maybe they didn’t eat that much during the day leading up to it. Me? That meal would easily be on the same day as a ff lunch and…

Whole Foods granola in the bakery section. 240 calories for TWO OUNCES. Before I started using mfp I’d have a cereal bowl of it with bacon for breakfast. Probably close to 1000 calories before 8 am.

This is probably the best route to take, also I appreciate the reminder to not sweat it. I appreciate all the replies. I’m going to stop obsessing about it now
