I sometimes feel like I'm extra for having a written food diary along with MFP. Though I find that it helps me see the whole picture. I have a weekly timed layout and write what I eat and also add in my workout info. I include my cals in and cals out, as well as when and what I meal prep for the week. If I remember ill…

Hello! Not a newbie, but looking for friends who often share their food diaries. I like to meal prep at least 1-2 meals a week so my entries can be repetitive. I'm interested in what other people are doing with their diet. My diet is not perfect, and I'm always looking for new ideas. :)

Last 2 weeks of Lift4, then back to doing 80 Day Obsession for the second time. I love Autumn's workouts.

Hello, I'm a shortie as well. Working on losing 40ish lbs. Lost almost 10lbs so far! I think 1200 calories per day is ridiculous, even for us short ones. Aim for 1500 calories a day. Do it for a week or 2. If you are seeing good results at the end of the week, that's great. If not, make adjustments to your diet or exercise…
