Could be incorrect setup. Could also be that you just never used those muscles before if this is your first time biking in a while/ever. First time I got back on a stationary after running 10kms 3-4 times a week, I barely got 10 minutes in and had to give up, was done like dinner. My knee which I hurt playing hockey when I…

Turning in June. Hoping to hit it better than I did my 30s and on track right now!

Awesome! Congrats!

Well the Nike app is awesome for mixing it up. I loved it a year ago when training for a 10k. I created a custom plan with the distances I was running each week and what I wanted to achieve and over how many weeks. Voila I was provided a plan that was easy to follow. Plus the coaching was fun and soothing.

The couch to 5k has a couch to 10k version as well. You can just skip the 5k part. I forget which week it says to start on but the app tells you in the details if I remember correctly. The Nike app is a great one, I can't answer the specifics around the watch but I will say its much more involved. Its not simply just do x…

Changing a lifestyle takes more than a few days so you should be proud on your first week. Its the first step and one of the hardest because you had to make the decision to do it. Keep killing it!

Great story, awesome job.

I always say if it floats your boat, give er. If others don't want to watch, you can just click on through. Just remember, people are horrible so skip or disable comments.

You're welcome to add me if you'd like. I'm fairly active on here. Good luck on your journey!

Congrats, very inspiring! And that dress, super hot!

That is no small achievement, think about that, 38 lbs is a medium sized child. Just think how much better your knees and back feel without carrying that around. With that much weight loss, its showing, its probably more that just people are hesitant to say something now a days because of need to be politically correct all…

What a great positive story. Keep it up!

I'm the same, and its simply because we camp all summer. In the winter its easy to get workouts in and eat salads all the time. Camping makes things more challenging but I've dedicated myself this year to not letting it all go down hill during the summer.

Congrats!

I hope this is more than a day because 15 miles a day isn't starting off small.

Here I was thinking this post was complaining and in the end its a positive one! Awesome job. Congrats.

Sorry to hear, heart breaks are never good. That being said, exercise is a great way to stay positive I find. I'm always in a better mood when I'm running.

I'm a combo kind of guy, depends on if I want to know where I'm going to be so I can plan something. If not then I just log as I go. I'll be honest too I do sometimes end up doing extra exercise to fit something in last minute too.

Amazing job! Amazing strength. I know they say nothing in life worth having comes easy, and you're living proof! You don't even resemble the same person, you can just see it in your eyes. That last photo has the eyes of a person who says I've been to hell and back and I am a stronger person because of it so don't mess with…

So many great stories, keep it up folks, you're all doing so awesome!

For the wrist one I often find the opposite, it reads high. What I've found fixes this is to wear it up higher on the arm so as folks say here, it doesn't' flex with your wrist movements. Seems pretty accurate then. So I just wear it a notch or two loser and push it up my arm. Works for me any ways. Maybe it will solve…
