I know you're not supposed to weigh yourself everyday... but I do. I don't know for some reason it is a bigger motivator for me than anything. And with that being said... I am down another lb!!! Yay!!!! Today's weigh in I am down 2.2 lbs!!!! Keep up the great work everyone! I am upping my step goal from 7,500 to 9,000. I also am going to try to increase my water intake. Currently the only water I drink is running through coffee grounds! :)

Alrighty, I just figure this thing out... I think. I am in! I used this app 2 years ago, I went from 267lbs down to now 187. My goal weight is 150. SW&CW 187 Goal 150 Let's see if I can get re-motivated!!!!
