  • at the moment it's just keeping feeling good changes. i'm feeling stronger and more like my body can do the things i ask of it than i have in years, and it's really nice.
  • i've been focusing on daily exercise and feel a lot stronger even though i haven't been working out that long this time yet (just a couple of weeks), and morning exercise is really helping me manage my adhd and chronic pain through the day <3
