  • Thank you! That was very helpful. I’ve been at this for about a month and have lost 12 pounds. I wish it were more but I’ll take it. I’m on 1500 calorie a day diet. And it’s ok. A bit tough but I’m getting used to it. I did fall off yesterday and had a bit of binge. But I’m back at it today and will keep going.
