Every person is so different there is no such thing. How many of you have tried a bunch of diets and failed then found that one that works real good. Those other ones werent junk, they just didnt jive with who you are. So you really didnt fail. You just hadnt found whats good for you yet

Caner cells cant feed on ketone bodys. They only eat glycogen. So keeping a low sugar carb diet is where id start if cancer free was my goal

Sugary foods are pretty calorie dense. Its super easy to "over eat" when you make bad choices.

Good food choices are more satisfying so you gravitate to not eating as much.

I do post workout, uping your calories will help your metabolism. Yhen cut back and you lose fat

Start walking 1 hour a day. Not running! Keep your carbs clean. Sweet potatos, veggies.

I eat all my calories in a 4 hour window, and im losing weight eating maintenance

If your calories are low do a refeed day or 2, eat only carbs, then eat super clean. If you havent lost weight in a week up your cardio or lower your calories
