Bacon is not worth it
I never thought id say that, but bqcon is not worth it. Too many calories. Im on a low calorie diet and 4 pieces of bacon has nearly 500 calories. Thats not enough food for that much of my daily allowance.

Changing patterns
Im off work for the bext two days then off for 3 more days. I usually do perfect on work days with my eating and make worse disitions on my days off. But i have a mile stone im trying to hit by the 1st. So till then i will have no "cheats". Im gonna do this perfect.

Still going btw. I started with 1 full body workout per week, now i do a 3 day split push , leg, pull day. I have just started walking twice a day for 20 min. I eat 2500 calories on workout days and 1350 or so on rest days. Im also eating all my calories in a 4 hour window on rest days and 6 hour window on training days,…
