Still going btw. I started with 1 full body workout per week, now i do a 3 day split push , leg, pull day. I have just started walking twice a day for 20 min.

I eat 2500 calories on workout days and 1350 or so on rest days. Im also eating all my calories in a 4 hour window on rest days and 6 hour window on training days, then i fast for the rest of the time. Im feeling great and will keep you posted.
