The consistency seems to be the hardest. I do great for a few days or a week or so and then....boom. the movement is tracked through fitbit, that's the easier part. I'm down 13, still about 45..ish to go. I totally get it.

I can totally relate. Starting over due to weight gain back from medical issues and surgery. Now I'm back in motion and back at it. Why does it seem so much more difficult the second time even though I know what to do...lol.
