Its best to alternate days for weights-if you did legs today-tomorrow arms. the best way to get ripped is 48 hour rest inbetween-for weight lifting. maybe so. most of us don't have all day to read everything-hence my quick reply. I also suggest finding some kind of chocolate protein bar instead of oreas-they have more nutrients that the body can use for fuel..that would be my second option...switcheroo=play choices=chose a cookie or choose something better.

I just go in the woods if I have to - when you get older you cant hold it otherwise accident!! That's my story and I am sticking to it=but I live in a rural area=if I was you-find where gas stations;/gyms/stores are at the mid point-then you don't have to be uncomfortable. I eat supper food=chicken n rice, sub, sandwiche. eggs. something quick and fills me up or I do banana and almonds and a protein bar that has 25 sh protein grams. usually I nibble all morning-I cant eat a lot all at once. often I eat about 1000 calories by 11am but I workout at noontime.

I don't think its weird. I do them. I have a weak shoulder and do them to build the surrounding muscles. you can start with light weights and see how it feels? I often do exercises geared for men because they are harder and I like a challenge.

Sorry that you have lost your way. Just start small steps daily. For me I do 10 minutes of jogging in place or walk fast for 10 min-if I tell myself to do an hour of exercise then forget I am too busy. I found it helpful to log exactly what I ate. Its only been a week of food logging but I see now where I can make some changes. I also try to move around more instead of not doing anything. We all didn't get here overnight..slow and steady wins the race always
