  • I've been staying under 1200 calories a day since January 1st. My choice of exercise is swimming 4 times a week for 30 - 45 minutes due to bad knees. I've lost 27 lbs. I wish it would come off faster, but grateful for that much. I have 40 lbs to go to reach my goal. Hoping to avoid needing a pacemaker.
