That's what i did. I spent 30 minutes in the pool doing laps until my muscles were burning so bad it hurt like crazy to walk up the stairs to my apartment.

Glad to hear that the exercise is helping. I'm sorry for your loss. I understand how hard it is. If you have access to a pool, then try that. I know swimming helps me forget my worldly troubles for a short time.
