  • I too, have pcos. I had surgery done in February due to 3 cysts. 1 being massive. I recently got done recovering. I now go to the gym frequently because pcos changed my life after surgery. The problem I'm having is trying to eat healthier.

  • I just had surgery done in February due to pcos! I got 3 removed. 1 was massive. I just finally got done recovering and had started to hit the gym 5 days ago. This is inspirational. Keep going Ashley!
