  • Choose one of these instead of "junk food" trust me, it'll curb your sweet tooth! They're delicious!
  • Get a scale and yes weight everything. I've been meal prepping for quite sometime now. The purpose isn't only to lose body fat but also to eat better and feel better! When I started I was a little over 18% body fat, now I'm at 13%. So it does work! Good luck :)
