Yeah. I run daily for an hour or so and lift weights afterwards. Sodium is a pain

Thats what i read. Good thing is i am really good at my diet. And i am changing uo my workouts aerobic to anaerobic.

Started at 185 After doing crazy monkey math. I think i need to be around 160 ish to be in low teens.

Local gym does it with the calipers and such.

Doesn't need to be so quick on the deadline either. It will probably go beyound that. I work out 6 days a week. Roughly a 1000cal a day in workouts.
