I know losing inches is far more important but, my head keeps trying to drag me down on the weight issue. Oh well, I'll just keep punching and kicking. B)

I am currently not losing per say but, losing inches. It's really messing with my mind but, I will continue pushing forward like I always do.

If you miss a combination skip it. You'll get used to it the more you do it. I would also build up intensity. If you need to go slow at first, try to keep balanced and work on technique. As you get better, then you can build you speed.

I'm serious about losing weight but, super not serious in life so...

Bas Rutten's MMA workouts are easy to find if you know where to look. Fight Smart (TRAV)'s striking and head movement workouts are awesome. JT Van V has some good boxing MP3s. You can find some decent workout on YouTube if needed.
-
You can add me but, you have to let me guide you to the purple rain.

I'm new here but, in the end it's like everything else, just don't give up. Find a workout plan that works for you. Keep logging your meals and slowly but surely try to eat better. You'll be ok, just do not give up.
-
You should pick up some MMA/boxing MP3s for your bag workout. I can recommend a few if needed.

I used to be big into Intermittent Fasting. If you need help, check out the Hodgetwins Vlogs. They know what they are talking about. I dropped a lot of weight and quickly. I also workout 5 to 6 times a week. I stopped because I worried about losing muscle so now I just log my meals and try to get better. We'll see how that…

I'm working on 115lbs. If you want to mix up your workout after you heal let me know. I'm all about MMA type of workouts. Good luck.
