Took the 4th and 5th off but got 2 miles in OUTSIDE today. I've been wanting to run outside but its been very cold in PA, but today I decided to give it a go. Wasn't too bad even with the wind. January total 8.06 miles out of my 50mi goal

I am so proud of myself you guys! This morning I did 2.4 miles on the treadmill in 35 minutes, that's with a 4 min warm up and 5 min cool down...so 26 minutes of 1.5min walk/run intervals! Usually after a total of 15 minutes I start feeling tired and then just walk the rest, but today I felt awesome! Planning on going a…

Yesterday 1.86 miles on the treadmill and some time on the stationary bike, today 1 mile on the elliptical and 1.8 miles on the treadmill. Boy was the gym packed with all the new years resolutions!

I have 2 that both happened today. The first was comparing a photo from today versus November 11 and seeing a difference. The second is that I finally walked a mile in about 20 minutes during my lunch. The past few days I've gotten so close (like 0.94, 0.95 miles) but today I got it!
