IF isn't some magic formula you have to eat in a surpluss to put on muscle/gain weight and eat in a deficit to lose weight.....so with that said you can fast all you want but if you're trying to put on muscle you will have to eat all your surplus calories within your time window

I like to do RDL's(Romanian deadlift) on leg day and Rack Pulls right below the knee on back day

how much do you weigh?
-
I mean like “not soft” or “flabby” with every cut our goal or at least my goal is to look leaner and more muscular.

I would take them on rest days. A lot of people have this mindset that on rest days they have to eat less since they are not training that day. But when we’re not training is when our body’s are recovering and repairing the muscles. So yea take them on rest days they’re just as important as training days

Well the thing is also that you need to build the abs more. So on your next bulking cycle you need to prioritize building muscle in the midsection that way on your next cut it will be tighter

Keep bulking man the good thing is that you’re young. Cutting is easy(my opinion) it’s the building muscle part that’s hard. What’s your training split look like?
-
when lean bulking aim for 1-2lbs a MONTH, you only have to be slightly above maintenance calories 100-250, if you're putting on a 1lb a week its more than likely fat as naturals it take time to build muscle. And the biggest thing is to be consistent and make sure you're getting all the calories and train 4-6 days a week.…

if you do it right a good year, by right i mean trying to keep as much muscle as you can
