Thank you. I see now the database has info for both cooked and raw...I was thinking all info was for raw only. :)

I've just started weighing my food and it's an amazing eye opener!! I'm a bit lost, however, on how to weigh cooked meat. I try to weigh raw, but there are times when I forget, have leftovers, or whatever. Is 3oz raw = to 3oz cooked??? Thanks for any insight!
