I just started doing 16:8 fasting combined with low carb/keto diet. I am hoping for better control of my diabetes and weight loss. I can already see some results in my blood sugar. Hopefully it continues. Please feel free to add me.

I just rejoined Curves after an absence of 7 years. First workout this afternoon. Hope i can still do this.
