hated that drug.. i was on it for 5 days for an asthma attack, and every night I ate an entire pizza for dinner..so awful!!! now i am really focused on avoiding asthma triggers bc the drug is scarier than the asthma attk lmao. wth... entire pizzas...

i gain about 5 lbs, even on a slight deficit, weight training 3x a week and daily cardio. its pretty depressing to have your body become a water bed for what feels like forever! but try drinking plenty of water and dandelion tea, it helps curb this a bit best wishes

i used to have this problem before recomposition... at 125lbs i was eating tons of carbs, caused bloating, fat in that area, and along with my spine curvature (my normal posture, looks like you have similar posture). it always looked like i was 4 mo. pregnant and skinny everywhere else

one trick i learned is to stir your favorite chocolate protein powder in as little milk as possible (i use 1/2 cup) thus making it super chocolatey, and its sooooo good! (make sure no clumps). That's tough, I hope you figure out a solution. I know how it feels to not have control over your breath, I have had asthma for a year now after it being in remission from childhood. Your enivornment really has a big impact on your symptoms :( hang in there!
