Filling up on low cal/ high volume foods (fruit, veg and beans). It's hard for me to hit 1200 cals on a day when I eat a ton of beans and veg.

A few strategies: First, give him suggestions for treats you like now. Maybe it's a smaller sized box. Maybe it's fruit. I don't know. I've gotten my husband to stop bringing me bags of potato chips and start bringing me Bai drinks. The chips are 2000+ calories a bag, the Bai is about 10 calories per drink. Pick something…
