I'm sure you can do it Joolie. Sometimes you just need that trigger to get you back in the zone. My friend tried on my swim shorts and they fell straight off her (even when fastened). That image was my trigger. So day one and I'm pumped. Good luck

Thanks vikinglander Just doing my own plan for the first month - workouts at home plus 10,000 steps/ day and limiting calories. Yes you're right it's those celebrations that catch us out! Thanks for the support already. How do I add you? ( can't remember)

I've just read the 'I quit sugar' book by Sarah Wilson. What an eye opener. It's changed how I shop, cook and eat and I'm feeling great. Her recipes are really good. Good luck.
