Checking in. I'm on track to meet my goal!

I am really aiming for significant weight loss by July 4th. I have a huge Beach event to attend, and I'd love to wear a swimsuit.

After careful consideration, I am changing this week's goal. I would like to meal plan for the following for weeks. Will complete this by Monday. If I complete this, I will earn 1 point. (4 points equals my $200 shopping spree).

My first goal is to lose 5 lbs by next Monday (one week). When I meet or exceed this goal, I will treat myself to a pedicure :0)
