Hello all! I am 41 and love being active, whether if it’s a hike, a gym workout, a flow yoga sesh, a ride on the spin bike, shooting the hoops or scootering. Shoulder press with 12.5kg dumbbell Biceps curls 12.5kg dumbbell Bench press 20kg on barbell Clean and jerk 12.5kg dumbbell Unilateral straight arm pulldown Deadlift 35kg Not my best but it was a workout nonetheless! Got yoga tomorrow morning bright and early!

Done MFP a few years ago as an experiment. I am okay with my body, could do without perhaps 8-10kg, but most importantly I would like to get a lot stronger. I work in health so as you help motivate me I could perhaps help with some of your questions relating to injuries etc. Let’s all be winners :)
