That was a great victory recognizing the old habits trying to creep back and kicking them to the curb. You are doing so good and I hope the scale reflects it and even if it doesn't your clothes are telling the story.

Britt, I have been having bad days this week as well culminating in gains putting me at 158 pounds this morning. I will also be doing an extended fast which started last night and will last until after church on Sunday. Once my fast is over I plan to do strict low carb OMAD for 2 weeks...That should help get me back on…

Tonight's meal. I ended up going with the lamb chops over the salmon but I kept to my no appetizers and no dessert. It was delicious.

I had another big meal after church today at Applebee's to include appetizers and my meal. I ate early and am done eating for the day. I am for tomorrow to be a low calorie day.
