OMAD really is all you need. I have touted over and over in my threads and posts that basic OMAD works and I advocate it wholeheartedly. One meal, One plate, One beverage, One hour. Just sticking to the basics will get you where you want to be any other things are personal preference.

I just switched my plan to do OMAD on work days and a 4-8 hour window on non-workdays. However you are able to work it where it fits your life and can be sustained over the long-term is ideal

It is recommended to drink calorie free beverages during fasting times. The almond milk will add some calories. I would say see how it is affecting your losses and if you are still losing continue, but if you see where you are stalling or not losing then try your coffee without the milk,

Thanks everyone. So far this week is going as planned. My goal for the week is to have a loss each day. In the past i have had good losses and then one day I go off plan and have a gain. Not this week, losses every day for this girl. Sticking with my newest plan and so far it is working.

I really would have like to have built on Thursday's loss, but yesterday held some off plan eating and I jumped back up this morning. Lesson learned and I know what I need to do to prevent it from happening again. Looking for a bigger loss come next Friday.

Britt, I ate my meal early today and also had a double cheeseburger without the bun. I had broccoli salad with mine though. I didn't get a picture of mine. My meal was ~11 total carbs

net carbs is total carbs - fiber. If a food has 6g carbs and 3g of fiber it would be 3 net carbs.

I am eating between 40 and 50g a day.

Britt, you are right, at the pace I am losing, 50g of carbs is pretty much maintenance for me as well. I was thinking and I allowed 50g as a cheat. I know if I want to lose the weight I have to eat less carbs so after seeing your results, I am going to cut my carbs to 5% of my calories or 15g of carbs. I think if I do this…

You really are Britt, I may have to consider lowering my carbs from 50 to 20. I think I will wait and make sure I am able to stay consistent with the 50 first.

They are not breaded. I may have to check out the B-Dubs rub to make my own as well. The air fryer does some good wings and I can just add the rub.
