    Yay Britt! With you doing low carb, I think you should still remain in the 139's. Bye-Bye 140's. I do believe 135 is doable by the end of month. Keep doing what you are doing and you will get there. I am so happy for you!!!

    Feb 11 - 257.2 (a week juice cleanse and keto afterwards, I was obviously bloated in more way than one).

    Feb 20 - 253

    March 1 - 251.2

    March 12 - 250

    March 19 - 249

    March 25 - 245.6

    April 11 - 241

    April 16 - 239.8

    Total lost: 33.2 (1.2 lost since the last recording)

    Will just do monthly totals after this point. Thanks for pointing out this thread @brittdee88

    4/11: 142.8! | This is crazy! My period actually snuck up on me about 8 days early last night, so I am dumbfounded at today's loss. I can usually count on a 5-7 pound gain during TOM. Definitely not complaining and trucking along to reach those 130s!

    4/13: 142.4 | I am really happy to see this because I tend to get a huge gain the day before and on the first day of my period (5-7 lbs), but then I get a whoosh on the second or third day (depending upon if it's a 3- or 4-day period) and hit a new low for the month. On the last day of my period, I usually get a 1-2 lb gain from that low. It seems like today will be the last day, so I am happy to have maintained from yesterday!

    4/16: 139.2 | I know this is due to fasting yesterday, but I am so excited! I am 0.2 away from being 40 pounds down and less than 10 pounds from goal! The finish line is so close!!!

    I don't know where today's whoosh came from, but you are right. I can't believe I was complaining at the beginning about not getting the whooshes I was expecting like I always do during the first week back on LC. It clearly didn't matter in the long run!

    The whoosh didn't completely stick, but I am okay with the small bump-up. I am hoping this doesn't mean 137 is a new plateau, but I hope to blast past it today by increasing my fat intake.

    I really would have like to have built on Thursday's loss, but yesterday held some off plan eating and I jumped back up this morning. Lesson learned and I know what I need to do to prevent it from happening again. Looking for a bigger loss come next Friday.

    The Publix drug store scale says 235. Lightest I have been in 8-9 years.

    Feb 1 - 273 lbs

    Total lost: 38 lbs ( 4.8 lost since the last weigh in)

    I attribute some loss to being low carb this week, shedding off some extra fluid.

    However, my joints and back feel better, so I'll keep it going.

    Will truncate this list starting next Sunday.
