The whoosh didn't completely stick, but I am okay with the small bump-up. I am hoping this doesn't mean 137 is a new plateau, but I hope to blast past it today by increasing my fat intake.
April GW: 140 lbs 134 lbs - I am going to attempt to kick 135's stubborn butt this month!

I really would have like to have built on Thursday's loss, but yesterday held some off plan eating and I jumped back up this morning. Lesson learned and I know what I need to do to prevent it from happening again. Looking for a bigger loss come next Friday.1

The Publix drug store scale says 235. Lightest I have been in 8-9 years.
Feb 1 - 273 lbs
Feb 11 - 257.2 (a week juice cleanse and keto afterwards, I was obviously bloated in more way than one).
Feb 20 - 253
March 1 - 251.2
March 12 - 250
March 19 - 249
March 25 - 245.6
April 11 - 241
April 16 - 239.8
April 22 - 235.0
Total lost: 38 lbs ( 4.8 lost since the last weigh in)
I attribute some loss to being low carb this week, shedding off some extra fluid.
However, my joints and back feel better, so I'll keep it going.
Will truncate this list starting next Sunday.
