LC is a one time thing for whoosh. It will help you slowly lose fat also but the big whoosh is due to dumping glycogen and the water that is used to store it. Once gone you get no more whooshes and once you eat carbs back, you get the opposite affect and will overnight gain a couple of lbs. I think it is a good tool to help with slow fat loss, but the whooshes are due to what I described and won't repeat unless you gain it back by eating carbs and then lose it again eating LC. You can see that affect in Brenda's old LC cycling. It always gets her back to her low but the succeeding lows do show a small downward trend also which is the long-term affect. Good luck.1 -

I need to kick it up a notch and get it in gear so I can see the 140's by the end of the month. My consistency has just not been there. The up and down has got to end. 140's by the end of the month or bust. I am nearing the 30 day mark in my 60 day goal to reach 145 pounds. I will commence my 30-day countdown come Saturday.0
