It is time to recognize that in a world of literally too much food on every street corner, we MUST change the way we eat and look at food. It is time to eat like our ancestors ate; it is time to eat to live and not live to eat; it is time to respect the cycles of feast AND famine the way nature always intended; it is time to change the way we look at self-control and satiation, with respect to what we put in our bodies.
But this can only come with a revolution -- with a one-meal-a-day (OMAD) revolution -- one that can silence the bickering, fighting, and false information that permeates the internet. Yes, it’s time to start again; it’s time for the battle cry to be heard far and near; it is a time for war with self and sustenance to be fought, and to end decisively, with a clear winner emerging in ultimate and steadfast victory. Let the OMAD revolution begin!
