Joe do you have weight maintenance range or just a certain number that you want to stay under?

The general range is between 189 and 200, but I have thrown that out the window for February and have purposely gone more than 10 over for strength and mass gains. See original post.

Now, for March, I will gradually drop back to the range but may decide to reset it. I feel great lately.

Same and I’m 50% to my goal. The positive hormonal changes and consistent energy is a real fountain of youth.

Hi, I was looking for some other OMADers. I just started week two and finding I need to find things to do at lunch at work. I have all this free time since I am not eating.

Will they let you leave early if you work through your lunch hour?

I'm not even trying. Just sort of the result of a near-vegan approach.

Indeed. I'm considering the same idea. With all my salad eating, tis close anyway.

    It's August, so why not?
