    Can you comment and/or make a video about how you get enough fiber doing OMAD? I'm doing the glass of greens w water before a meal but that's not enough. I'm thinking of adding a glass of citrucel too. Is it ok to drink that earlier in the day or do you think it'd mess with the fast?

    You can always do that, but I legumes or fruit like blueberries and apples.
