I think I may have gone back to my sabotaging ways again after seeing the whoosh, I had somewhat of a splurge day today. I hope I didn't do too much damage. I think I ended up eating a little over 1800 calories. Maybe I just needed the splurge. I will be back on track tomorrow.

I drank my ACV with water last night and had a 2.4 pound whoosh. I don't know if it was the ACV or not but I will definitely keep doing it. The two days I didn't drink it this week I had gains.

It really is that simple and the beauty of it all is that is does work. The proof is in the pudding or in your case in the baggy pants. Don't overthink it and you will be fine.

These are the different weights I got on my scale this morning. I decided to go with the 154.1 because I got on my old scale and it said 153.6 and the difference between the two is 0.7. As far as I can tell the scale is on a level floor so I don't know what to say about it. I don't pay attention to the Body Fat…

Bob you are so right. I can hardly ever get the same reading on my digital wifi scale if I get on it 5 times. It is so frustrating. I try to see which weight I get at least 2 times and use that, but most times it doesn't happen.

I bought some individual 12 oz casserole dishes so I will be cooking the family their own individual casserole. Will definitely help with portion control. I will be sure to take a picture.

You can really eat whatever you want for your OMAD meal and it not be a problem as long as you are not going over on your calories (Of course you would rather it be healthy). The beauty of OMAD, no restrictions.
