Thanks everyone, just knowing I am back to weight loss mode, I have had no problems today. I did get hungry but I fought through it and am now good. The mental aspect of losing and maintaining is no joke.

Decision made. I will be taking a break from maintenance to return to weight loss mode to get down to my 145 pound goal weight. I have started a new thread (Tracey's Mid-Maintenance Weight Loss Break) to chronicle this journey to 145 pounds. I will be posting there until I reach my goal.

I added the midday because I have every other Monday off and I get invited to have lunch sometimes on my days off and I can just make that my meal for the day and by doing a midday meal and then having the next day be a dinner meal it makes for a longer fasting period which should yield good results health and weight wise.

Thanks Brenda, I have been drinking a gallon of water a day for the last week. I got this great cup it is called the Hydr-8 Gallon cup.
