Right now, I'm just exercising on my off days. I have 2 kids and have to cook and take care of things before I go in. Seems like I don't have the time and when I plan to workout or go for a walk, I over sleep.

I have the same problem. I just factor this into my daily calorie intake. So far it's been working and I'm not giving up the foods I love too.

I work 3rd too. Want to exercise more, but don't have the energy. Ant ideas how to get going?
