Iced in over a week with two more days to go. Goal was to clean whole house....sure. Did the cat box and homework. Thankfully nothing here to snack on.

Fit bit-great customer service. I have exercise ball that my music director has us rehearse while sitting on for our abs and breath and a stretch exercise band. All cheap. Waste of money? Leg warmers, soy powder, spanks, fat reduction pills, rowing machine and treadmill that I burned out, tap shoes and hula c d.

I feel much better when I eat before 7 pm. A cut off time gives me a goal. Do what you feel is right for you. Be yourself, everyone else is taken.

I missed yesterday but got in 30 squats, a little walking and 2 hours of singing in. Thanks for doing this. The most important thing in singing is having strong thighs. Then the pelvis, abs and lastly the lungs. I would have never done the squats without your suggestion tonight. I was lazing on the couch.

Sometimes just going on a walk can be exercise. Maybe getting a walking partner. A dog. You really don't have to do anything. I have classes with others but like Qin gong best. No interacting when I need some private time. Be good to yourself and try to relax. I have a fit bit and it encourages me to get some steps in…

Lower your expectations of them and continue with your plan. It's a good policy for life in general. People just don't do what we want them to. When we try to please all of them it ends up taking a lot of fun out of life. They love you.

I started MFP with 6 exercises a week and following calorie counting plus singing 6 hours a week ( which is exhausting) and ended up gaining 4 pounds in a month. I think this is a wonderful story! It is hard to believe that other people have their own concerns and aren't focused on me, me, me. I returned to school as an older student and had the time of my life. Good for you!

I have one and tie it to my shoe when on the treadmill. You can also make a little bag for it and pin it in your bra. Good luck!
