I try to keep my macros at 45 carb ,30 prot ,25 fat with a calorie intake of 3,100/day. All the usual, oats, egg whites, skimmed milk, chicken, salmon, tuna, sweet potato, broccoli, spinach, kale, peas, peanut butter, variety of veg.
