  • Mine does it often too. Restarting my cell seems to work best and some times it just synchs on its own when I get home and hit my WiFi.

  • I can't handle eating breakfast either. I now have a protein shake, black coffee and my vitamins. I know you don't need to have shakes to lose weight but they are extremely convenient especially for breakfast.

  • Buy a Lindt 70% dark cocoa bar and put it in the freezer. Allow yourself a square and let it melt in your mouth. If you don't listen to your cravings every once and a while you have a higher chance of having a huge binge... Don't be so hard on yourself. One square is 63 calories.
