I was diagnosed on May 26th 2015 as well. Did chemo, then surgery and then radiation. The estrogen blocker they have put me on, one of the side effects is weight gain and stiff joints. So walking as much as I can. Have lost 10 pounds so far, would love to loose another 20.

That is just wonderful, you look so different, and I'm sure your family enjoy you being active with them.

Great news. The more you loose the better you will feel and look and your confidence will soar!

That's what I do, I pre-log what I am going to eat and if I change my mind and have something else, I will write down what I had to make sure I don't go crazy eating the wrong foods.

Write a list of the food you like and then look at the weights and calorie content of them and make your food diary using that concept.

I started Sunday last week, so its just been 1 week and I am down 7.5 pounds down on the scale this morning.

Another way to freeze spinach, kale etc is to liquidize it and then put it in a muffin pan in the freezer. Once frozen you can put it in freezer bags.
