I turned 47 in June and im falling apart..just got put on a beta blocker for high blood pressure and anxiety..yesterday was horrible..bp ok but the anxiety is causing me to have indegestion and headaches and very emotional..or am I starting menopause? Either way I'm miserable!! And ready for a change and b happy again:/

Gained from last week..had a rough week..went to dr on Monday for stress/anxiety and ended up on blood pressure meds cause my bp was 180/90....stress induced high bp..

Haven't been logging my food lately..July was a bad month for me and August hasn't started much better..just haven't felt good and having anxiety.,went to dr Monday and my bp was 180/90 so it's bp meds for me now and they also are gonna help with anxiety..so wish me luck that I feel better soon and back on track

I hold stress in my shoulders and my chiropractor says I'm popping my 1st rib outta place and her and a massage therapist having been putting me back together every few days for the last 2/3 weeks..

Gained .2 been in a crazy funk last couple weeks with lots of neck and shoulder pain..hoping it's about to b gone!!

Sorry haven't felt good last couple of weeks..pulled/strained muscle in shoulder and pulled rib out of place.. so I've been slack on tracking and eating what I wanted..will b back on track tommorow:):)

I will b 47 in June...married 29yrs in Sept..2 boys ages 25 & 26...1 grandson almost 5yrs old and 1granddaughter 14 months..2 dachshunds, 1 Chihuahua...me and the hubby run 5k's almost every weekend..Ive worked in an Optometrist office for 11 years..love to travel, run, scrapbook, and online shopping.
