Bacon, cheese, ANY meat eas advantedge carb control shakes at Walmart are super good and decently priced. Also muscle milk (a little more than advantedge) has 15 grams of protein and 2 or 3 carbs. Eggs is a huge one. Good luck on your health journey!

That's awesome! Caffeine is my biggest weakness, I start my day around 5:30 and don't end it until 11. I've managed to get a workout in everyday but today (I ended up sick as a dog and can't keep anything down). I feel so much better when I work out but it's so grueling to get started. GREAT JOB though!
